Installation Instructions
The product is compatible with conventional accessories such as stainless steel connectors and special WPC buckles, with a simple and efficient construction process that does not require professional equipment:
1. Preliminary Preparation: Confirm that the installation base is flat and firm, and a drainage slope of more than 3° should be preset for outdoor scenarios; cut the profile with a woodworking saw, and the cut should be polished to avoid burrs;
2. Connection and Fixing: Use φ10mm stainless steel expansion screws for load-bearing scenarios with a spacing ≤400mm; special WPC buckles can be used for splicing in decorative scenarios; for outdoor installation, waterproof sealant should be applied at the connectors to enhance weather resistance;
3. Joint Treatment: For long-span installation (over 1.5m), additional support points should be added; the corners are fixed with right-angle connectors or 45° splicing to ensure stable joint load-bearing;4. Post-Maintenance: Clean the surface impurities after installation, check the tightness of the connectors, no additional anti-corrosion and painting treatment is required; only check the tightness of the connectors once a year in spring, making maintenance convenient.
