Installation Instructions
The installation is convenient and efficient, without professional and complex tools. The specific process is as follows:
1. Foundation treatment: Ensure the installation ground is flat, dry and clean. For outdoor scenarios, a foundation drainage layer should be well done;
2. Keel laying: Lay special anti-corrosion keels at a spacing of 30-40cm to ensure the keels are horizontal and stable;
3. Plate splicing: Place the product with the flat side up or down (choose according to usage needs), fix it with the keels through square holes with special stainless steel buckles or screws, and reserve a 3-5mm expansion joint between the plates to adapt to thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes;
4. Final inspection: After installation, check the fixing of the plates to ensure there is no looseness or warping, and clean the surface impurities before putting into use.
