Installation and Maintenance Guide
Installation Points
The base should be flat and dry, with a flatness error ≤2mm/m. The outdoor ground should have a preset drainage slope of more than 3°;
Fix with stainless steel self-tapping screws, with a screw spacing ≤500mm. Reserve a 3-5mm expansion joint during installation to adapt to temperature changes;
The span of a single floor board is recommended to be ≤600mm. If it exceeds, additional keels should be added to ensure structural stability.
2. Maintenance Suggestions
Daily cleaning can be done by rinsing with clean water or wiping with a soft cloth. Oil stains can be cleaned with neutral detergent. Avoid using strong acid and alkali;
Check the tightness of the screws every spring, and clean up the debris at the joints in time to keep the drainage smooth;
In coastal areas, apply anti-salt spray sealant to the joints once every 2 years to extend the service life.
