1. Weather and Corrosion Resistance, Adaptable to All Outdoor Environments
It adopts a scientific ratio of 65% high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 30% natural wood fiber and 5% special weather-resistant and anti-corrosion additives, eliminating the corrosion risks of traditional wooden keels from the material source. It can be in direct contact with soil, gravel or exposed to rain and sun without rotting, mildewing or absorbing moisture and deforming. After 5 years of outdoor exposure testing, the structural strength retention rate is ≥90%, making it perfectly adaptable to harsh outdoor environments such as coastal areas, wetlands, rainy areas and high-temperature and high-humidity regions.

The material shrinkage rate is controlled at ≤0.3% through special molding technology. Installation and Maintenance Guide
1. Installation Points
The base should be flat and dry (flatness error ≤3mm/m); lay out the lines according to the spacing of 400-500mm, and the keel joints should overlap on the base load-bearing points with an overlap length ≥100mm; fix with φ8mm stainless steel expansion screws, and both ends and the middle of each keel must be fixed (screw spacing ≤500mm); reserve a 3mm expansion joint when connecting with the floor to adapt to temperature deformation.
2. Maintenance Guide
Daily Maintenance: Regularly clean fallen leaves and debris on the keel surface every month to avoid mildew caused by accumulation (no need for water washing, natural rainwater can rinse it);
Regular Inspection: Conduct inspections in spring and autumn every year, focusing on checking the fixing status of screws and whether there is abnormal deformation of the keel. Tighten in time if looseness is found, no need for replacement;
Special Environments: For high-salt and high-humidity environments such as coastal areas and wetlands, rinse with clean water once every 2 years to remove surface salt accumulation without affecting performance.
