Core Material
The 60mm*40mm WPC square tube adopts an ecological formula consisting of 60% high-quality poplar fiber, 35% high-strength HDPE and 5% anti-aging and other composite additives, and is refined through drying, mixing and melt extrusion processes. The wood fiber and polymer material are closely integrated, combining the natural texture of wood and the weather resistance of plastic. It has zero formaldehyde emission, is 100% recyclable, and meets the green building standards. With specifications of 60mm*40mm and a linear weight of 1.79kg, it achieves a balance between lightweight and structural strength.

Installation Method
1. Preliminary Preparation: Confirm that the installation base is flat and firm. A drainage slope should be preset for outdoor scenarios. The profile can be cut with an ordinary woodworking saw, and the cut is flat without burrs;
2. Connection and Fixing: Use stainless steel self-tapping screws or special WPC connectors, the spacing is recommended to be ≤500mm. For outdoor installation, waterproof sealant should be applied at the connectors to enhance weather resistance;3. Joint Treatment: For long-span installation (over 1.5m), additional support points should be added. The corners are fixed with 45° splicing or right-angle connectors to ensure the joint is stable;4. Post-Installation Inspection: Clean the surface impurities after installation, check the tightness of the connectors. No additional anti-corrosion and painting treatment is required, and the connectors should be checked regularly (once a year) afterwards.
