Core Material

As a high-end wood-plastic profile specially developed for harsh outdoor environments, it becomes a preferred solution in the global outdoor building materials market relying on the synergistic advantages of co-extrusion process and I-shaped structure.Adopting a dual-structure composite material of "base material + co-extruded layer", the base material takes high-quality recycled polyethylene (PE) as the core, combined with finely processed natural wood powder, and added with anti-aging agents, stabilizers and other additives, which is formed by high-temperature melting and mixing; the surface uses special outdoor weather-resistant co-extruded material, which is closely attached to the base material surface through a single co-extrusion molding process. There is no release of harmful components such as formaldehyde and heavy metals during the whole process, the formaldehyde emission is far lower than EU E0 level and US CARB P2 standard, and it is 100% recyclable. The product has passed multiple international certifications such as EU CE, US ASTM D7032 and international ISO 14001, fully adapting to the environmental protection and quality access requirements of outdoor building materials worldwide.

  • Dual Advantages of Co-extrusion + I-shaped Structure: The single-sided co-extruded layer is 0.8-1.0mm thick, with super UV resistance, scratch resistance and stain resistance. The fading rate is ≤5% after 5 years of outdoor exposure, and daily stains can be wiped clean immediately; the I-shaped cross-section is designed with mechanical optimization, and under the lightweight weight per meter of 3.1kg/m, the bending strength reaches more than 18MPa, and the impact strength is ≥5.0kJ/m², far exceeding ordinary flat wood-plastic, which can withstand dense pedestrian flow and small equipment rolling. At the same time, the I-shaped hollow structure realizes efficient drainage and ventilation, avoiding base material aging caused by rainwater accumulation and improving applicability in humid environments.

  • Excellent Extreme Weather Resistance: Verified by third-party authoritative testing, the product can withstand extreme temperature differences of -40℃~75℃, and can resist harsh environments such as strong UV in tropical areas, long-term freeze-thaw cycles in cold zones, high salt spray corrosion in coastal areas and mild pollution in industrial areas. The outdoor service life is as long as 20-25 years, which is 3-5 times that of traditional solid wood.

Installation Instructions

Adapting to the general installation process of outdoor floors worldwide, the operation is convenient and efficient without professional special equipment: 

1. Foundation pretreatment: The outdoor ground needs to be leveled and compacted, with a 2%-3% drainage slope reserved. For soft soil foundations, a 10-15cm gravel cushion and C15 concrete leveling are required; 

2. Keel laying: Use outdoor-specific anti-corrosion wood keels (moisture content ≤15%) or hot-dip galvanized steel keels, fixed at a spacing of 40-45cm. The keel level error is ≤2mm/m, and the top surface must be consistent with the drainage slope; 

3. Board installation: Place the co-extruded surface upward, connect with the keels through the I-shaped groove with special stainless steel buckles, reserve 3-5mm expansion joints between boards to cope with temperature changes, and ensure the co-extruded layers are flat and aligned during splicing; 

4. Final acceptance: After installation, clean the surface debris, check the firmness of the boards, uniformity of gaps and flatness, and put them into use if there is no looseness, warping or height difference.
