Developed for outdoor lightweight scenarios, combining two-hole design and co-extrusion process, balancing cost-effectiveness and practicality, suitable for global outdoor building materials needs.Adopting "base material + single-sided co-extruded protective layer" structure. The base material is made of high-quality PE, mixed with dried and screened wood powder, anti-aging and UV-resistant additives, melted at high temperature; the surface is co-extruded with outdoor weather-resistant layer. No formaldehyde or heavy metal release, far exceeding EU E0 and US CARB P2 standards, 100% recyclable. Certified by CE, ASTM D7032 and ISO 14001, meeting access requirements of major global markets.

Co-extrusion + Two-hole Synergy: 0.6-0.8mm co-extruded layer resists UV and scratches, fading rate ≤8% after 5-year outdoor exposure, easy to clean stains; two-hole design ensures 1.46kg/m weight, bending strength ≥12MPa for load-bearing, and fast drainage to prevent base material aging.
Efficient Weather Resistance: Third-party tested to withstand -35℃~70℃, suitable for tropical, cold and coastal mild salt spray environments. Service life 15-20 years, far exceeding solid wood and ordinary wood-plastic.
Lightweight & Easy Maintenance: Ultra-light 1.46kg/m design, one worker can carry over 50 meters at a time for efficient construction; co-extruded layer resists moths and mildew, no painting or waxing needed, just rinse with water, greatly reducing maintenance costs.
High Cost-effectiveness: 100mm width + 1.46kg/m weight, only 10 meters per square meter; dimension accuracy error ≤0.3mm, installation loss ＜0.5%; lightweight reduces transportation costs, suitable for long-distance foreign trade.

2. Keel: Anti-corrosion wood/thin galvanized steel keel, fixed at 30-35cm spacing, level error ≤2mm/m;
3. Installation: Co-extruded layer upward, fixed with buckles/self-tapping screws, 2-3mm expansion joints;
4. Acceptance: Clean debris, check firmness and gap uniformity before use.
