The base material uses food-grade polyethylene (PE) as raw material, mixed with finely screened natural wood powder, and added with special additives such as UV absorbers and anti-aging agents, formed by high-temperature melting and mixing; the surface is covered with a 0.5-0.6mm thick outdoor weather-resistant protective layer through single co-extrusion molding, seamlessly bonded to the base material. No release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals, formaldehyde emission is better than EU E0 standard, 100% recyclable. Standard Installation Method
Adapting to the general installation process of lightweight boards, easy and efficient operation:
1. Foundation treatment: The installation base needs to be flat and dry; decorative scenarios can be directly attached to the base layer, and ground scenarios reserve 1% drainage slope;
2. Fixing method: Decorative type can be directly fixed to keels or base layers with stainless steel self-tapping screws, spacing 30-35cm; ground type lays special light keels (spacing 30cm), fixed with buckles or screws, 2mm expansion joints reserved between boards;
3. Finishing: Clean surface debris after installation, check firmness, and put into use if there is no looseness or warping.
