As a high-performance wood-plastic profile specially developed for multiple outdoor scenarios, it takes double-sided co-extrusion all-dimensional protection and six-round-hole mechanical optimization as core highlights, balancing protection, structural stability and economic applicability, accurately matching the needs of the global outdoor building materials market.
Adopting "base material + double-sided co-extruded protective layer" composite structure: Base material is high-density PE + dried, degreased and screened wood powder + anti-aging/UV/flame-retardant additives, formed by high-temperature melting and precision extrusion; 0.6-0.8mm weather-resistant layers co-extruded on both sides, seamlessly bonded to base material. No formaldehyde or heavy metals, formaldehyde emission far better than EU E0 and US CARB P2 standards, 100% recyclable. Certified by CE, ASTM D7032 and ISO 14001, meeting global outdoor building materials requirements.

Standard Installation Method

Adapting to the general installation process of outdoor floors worldwide, the operation is convenient and efficient without professional special equipment: 

1. Foundation pretreatment: The outdoor ground needs to be leveled and compacted, with a 2%-3% drainage slope reserved. For soft soil foundations, a 10-15cm gravel cushion and C15 concrete leveling are required; 

2. Keel laying: Use outdoor-specific anti-corrosion wood keels (moisture content ≤15%) or hot-dip galvanized steel keels, fixed at a spacing of 40-45cm. The keel level error is ≤2mm/m, and the top surface must be consistent with the drainage slope; 

3. Board installation: Choose either side to face up according to scenario needs, connect with keels through six-round holes using special stainless steel buckles or self-tapping screws, and reserve 3-5mm expansion joints between boards to cope with temperature changes; 

4. Final acceptance: After installation, clean the surface debris, check the firmness of the boards, uniformity of gaps and flatness, and put them into use if there is no looseness, warping or height difference.
