Standard Installation Method

Adapting to the global general fence installation process: 

1. Foundation pretreatment: Pour C20 concrete column foundation according to the design spacing, with depth ≥50cm to ensure the column is stable; 

2. Column fixing: Use hot-dip galvanized steel columns or anti-corrosion wood columns, fixed at a spacing of 2-2.5 meters, with verticality error ≤2mm/m; 

3. Board installation: Place the co-extruded side outward, connect with the column through the slot, reinforce with stainless steel screws, and reserve 2-3mm expansion joints between the boards; 

4. Final acceptance: Clean the surface debris, check the firmness of the board fixing, the tightness of the splicing and the overall flatness, and put it into use if there is no looseness or warping.
