Installation Method

Adapting to the global general installation process of outdoor decorative panels: 

1. Foundation treatment: The installation base needs to be flat, dry and firm. For wall decoration, the base layer must be stable. For ceiling or ground scenarios, a keel frame must be preset; 

2. Keel laying: Use outdoor-specific anti-corrosion wood or hot-dip galvanized steel keels, fixed at a spacing of 40-45cm, with keel level/verticality error ≤2mm/m; 

3. Panel installation: Place the co-extruded protective layer outward, splice through concave-convex slots, and fix the panels to the keels with stainless steel self-tapping screws. Reserve 2-3mm expansion joints at the splices to cope with temperature changes; 

4. Final acceptance: Clean the surface debris, check the splicing tightness, fixing firmness and flatness, and put it into use if there is no looseness or warping.
