Installation Method

Adapting to the global general installation process of external wall hanging boards: 

1. Base treatment: The external wall base is flat and firm, preset hot-dip galvanized steel keels (spacing 40-50cm), keel level error ≤2mm/m; 

2. Board installation: Place the front side outward, splice through slots, fix to keels with stainless steel self-tapping screws, reserve 2mm expansion joints at splices; 

3. Detail treatment: Use special accessories for edge trimming at internal and external corners, cut and seal at windows and door openings; 

4. Acceptance: Clean surface debris, check splicing tightness, fixing firmness and flatness, and put into use if there is no looseness or warping.
