Installation Method

Adapting to the global high-end outdoor enclosure installation process: 

1. Base treatment: The wall or keel base is flat and firm, use hot-dip galvanized steel keels fixed at 50-60cm spacing, level error ≤2mm/m; 

2. Board installation: Align the concave-convex grooves in the design direction, splice from one end to the other, fix to the keel with stainless steel self-tapping screws, and hide the screws in the grooves; 

3. Detail treatment: Use special Great Wall Board edge strips for internal and external corners, reserve 2mm expansion joints; 

4. Acceptance: Clean surface debris, check splicing tightness, fixing firmness and overall flatness, and put into use if there is no looseness or warping.
