Installation Method

1. Base treatment: Level and compact the ground, reserve 2%-3% drainage slope, lay 20cm gravel cushion + C30 concrete for leveling on soft foundations, ensuring the base load-bearing strength ≥25MPa;
2. Keel laying: Use hot-dip galvanized steel keels (thickness ≥3.0mm), fixed at 35cm spacing, with level error ≤0.5mm/m;
3. Board installation: Place the water wave texture side outward, fix to the keel with special stainless steel buckles + invisible screws, splicing gap ≤0.2mm, reserve 3mm expansion joints;
