Adapting to the global general outdoor profile installation process:
1. Base treatment: Level and compact the ground, reserve 2%-3% drainage slope, lay 10-15cm gravel cushion + C15 concrete for leveling on soft foundations;
2. Keel laying: Use hot-dip galvanized steel keels or anti-corrosion wood keels, fixed at 40-45cm spacing, with level error ≤2mm/m;
3. Board installation: Place the frosted side outward, realize seamless splicing through special buckles, assist fixing with stainless steel self-tapping screws, and reserve 3mm expansion joints;
4. Acceptance: Clean surface debris, check splicing tightness, fixing firmness and flatness, and put into use if there is no looseness or warping.
