Installation Method

Base treatment: Level and compact the ground, reserve 2%-3% drainage slope, lay 10-15cm gravel cushion + C15 concrete for leveling on soft foundations;
Keel laying: Use hot-dip galvanized steel keels or high-end anti-corrosion wood keels, fixed at 40-45cm spacing, with level error ≤2mm/m;
Board installation: Place the heartwood texture side outward, splice through slots, fix to keels with stainless steel self-tapping screws, and reserve 3mm expansion joints;
Acceptance: Clean surface debris, check splicing tightness, fixing firmness and flatness, and put into use if there is no looseness or warping.
